I have an eclectic and pluralistic approach, integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Hypnotherapy depending on the needs of clients.
