The initial contact is a telephone assessment. This is to discuss your motivation to succeed and what is currently happening in your life.
The session involves a detailed understanding of your smoking habit. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is used in the session, and taught to you as a tool to use after the session. In addition, the session works on your subconscious using Hypnotherapy, giving you the belief structure and motivation to stop smoking. You are trained in the session with skills and given tools to use during stressful times in your life.
